VINTAGE KITCHENS

I don't know if is because I have a "modern" kitchen, but I love vintage kitchens. I like the old colors and the "sweet" atmosphere of vintage kitchens. Maybe in my next home I will make a kitchen like that. Until that happens, I put here some nice pictures. Please enjoy it.

Sift flour into a bowl. Add sugar and stir well. Add milk, butter and egg. Whisk until well combined.

Step 2
Brush two small non-stick frying pans with a little of the extra melted butter. Heat over medium heat. Add 1/3 cup of mixture to each pan. Cook for 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface. Carefully turn over and cook fro 1 minute.

Step 3
Transfer pancakes to a plate and wrap loosely in a clean tea towel to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing pan between each batch. If you find the pan is getting too hot, reduce heat slightly.

A WEDDING WITH A TASTE OF COFFEE

One of my favourite things, among many others, is a good coffee with friends. And recalling it - friends and coffee - , one of my best friends decided to get married also surrounded by her favourite delicacy: coffee! The chosen scenery was a rural and elegant ancient farm located in inner Sao Paulo (Brazil) which had the coffee as its main product. The “big day” couldn’t have achieved more originality and beauty in its own. Apart from the ordinary drinks served on a wedding party, they exceeded expectations by offering delicious coffees made by a professional barista. All luxury! And in the end, as any other Brazilian Party, it all finished with “samba” dance! I leave you here to check out some pictures of the great wedding moments. I advise you to prepare your favourite coffee before proceeding. You will feel like!

Deixo aqui algumas imágens do astral do casamento.
