Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing well. Just returned from 4 weeks on vacation in Brazil. Rio de Janeiro, Búzios, Florianópolis and Porto Alegre among friends, family and a lot of lunches and dinners. I had fun 24 hours a day. After many conversations watered by coconut water, açaí and lots of days spent under the sun, here I am back in Spain. And in winter. I needed these 4 weeks to recharge my batteries, but I missed blogging. That’s why I’m back at full throttle to post here. And the first post will be about one of the few things I didn’t eat there in Brazil (no, I couldn’t eat all I wanted) and it’s very “brazilian”: avocado cream dessert! And I’ll take the opportunity to show one of the colors that’s very popular there. Enjoy it!
Receita- 3 Abacate pequenos ou medios- 1 lata de leite condensado- Suco de 1 limão- Raspas de limão- Biscoitinhos finos para decorarModo de fazer: triturar os abacates + leite condensado + suco de limão no liquidificador ou usar um mixer de mão. Colocar a mistura em um bol grande ou em potinhos individuais. Jogar raspas de limão por cima e decorar com um biscoitinho.Colocar na geladeira por 2 horas antes de servir.-------------------------------
